SWMOWEB / Brainstorm Cafe is a full-service website design, development, hosting, and marketing agency. We can help take your project from the early idea stage to a fully live, hosted website that is ready for your customers.
Because every project is different, pricing depends on the size, scope, features, timeline, content needs, and level of custom development required. Some websites are simple and straightforward, while others involve e-commerce, payments, forms, integrations, reporting, hosting, or ongoing support.
We are happy to work on full website projects, smaller one-time tasks, and hourly support work depending on what you need.
How Our Pricing Works
Agency Rate
$85 per hour
Our base agency rate applies to website design, development, marketing strategy, custom features, e-commerce, integrations, and other project work that requires full agency attention.
Administrative Rate
$45 per hour
Some projects do not require full agency-level work. When appropriate, administrative tasks may be estimated at a lower hourly rate to help keep costs reasonable.
Website Project Estimates
Base-level websites typically begin at 10 hours of agency time and can increase from there depending on the project scope. Additional features such as custom design, e-commerce, advanced forms, payment processing, third-party integrations, analytics setup, content entry, hosting, and domain services may add to the overall estimate.
Most projects are estimated by time. To begin work, we typically require a 50% deposit based on the estimated project cost. The remaining balance is due at the time of completion.
Small Tasks & One-Time Jobs
Not every project needs a full website build. We can also help with smaller tasks, updates, repairs, content changes, troubleshooting, landing pages, forms, domain help, hosting setup, and other one-time website needs.
If your project does not require one of our full-service agency offerings, we will estimate the work at the appropriate rate so you are not paying for more than you need.
